Massage Therapy
Experienced hands bring a sense of relaxation, rejuvenation, or pain relief. Your massage begins with a soothing heat application to soften tight muscles. Touch can range from gentle to deep, depending on your focus for the massage. Styles are usually blended from Swedish, Sports, Lomilomi, Deep Tissue, Critz, and Neuromuscular therapies. Pregnancy massage is also available. Analgesic gel may be applied as needed. Sheet or towel draping.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy essential oils are diffused during your massage. Essential oils are also blended with the massage oil or applied to particular areas of the body. You choose the aroma.

Tuning Fork Sound Therapy
Solfeggio Tuning forks are toned for each ear to hear.  These tuning forks are tuned to harmonize with each chakra.  They may also be sounded in the auric field as well as specific to each chakra.  The OM tuning fork and Angel frequency tuning fork can also be integrated. Tuning forks are only included in your massage session with your request.

On-Site Chair or Table Massage
Massage is given at your home or office. Chair massage is given in 15- or 30-minute increments.

 

Massage oils are unscented cold-pressed organic sesame or coconut oil.
